2 cups all-purpose flour
2 TBSP sugar
1 TBSP + 1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup shortening, melted
In small bowl combine dry ingredients. Combine separately wet ingredients.
Pour batter by ¼ cup full onto hot greased griddle. Turn when bubbles form on top and edges are dry. Cook until golden brown.
