I haven't tried this recipe yet but, I have been told by several mothers at Alliance Parent-Teacher conference, that this is a really good recipe. Makes about 30 cookies
1 cp peanut butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
Mix well and drop onto cookie sheet by Tbsp full. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 3-5 minutes. 3 minutes make soft cookie. 5 minutes make crisp cookie.
