Peach Cobbler

Decadance in less than an hour!

3 cups peeled, sliced peaches
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup (4 Tbsp) butter cut into pieces.

Lay peaches in a buttered 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with sugar and dot with butter.

Top Crust:
1 cp all purpose flour (sifted)
2 tsp baking powder
1 Tbsp granulated sugar
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup (4 Tbsp) butter (cut into pieces and use cold)
1/2 cup havy cream

Mix together dry ingrediants. Cut in cold butter. Stir in heavy cream until dough is manageable. Roll out dough on flat, lightly flouered surface. place over sliced peaches. Bake 375 degrees F for 35 minutes or until top is nicely browned.
